When you download the Driver Mobile App to your smartphone (OS or Android), you can rest easy knowing that you will have access to all necessary annual clearance letters to complete your exam successfully by granting your medical card.

The App eliminates most delays related to immediately obtaining your medical card by providing up-to-date clearance letters needed to prepare for your DOT exam. Our office uses this App exclusively for clearance letter purposes, otherwise, it can be used as you see fit.

After scheduling your appointment online, PLEASE WAIT FOR A TEXT and/or EMAIL LINK FROM OUR OFFICE TO FILL OUT YOUR DRIVER INTAKE FORM via phone, tablet, or desktop computer. We do not accept paper forms unless all electronic systems are down.

The Driver Mobile App was developed by a doctor who provides accredited training to Certified Medical Examiners and has assisted at the level of the FMCSA. Therefore, the information in the app remains up-t0-date, and reflects the current Federal Regulations (laws) and Guidelines (standard medical advice based on best practices).

6. Click Download Medical Clearance Letters
7. Scroll to the appropriate letter for your condition, and email to or print it for your doctor
8. Bring your completed clearance letter with you to your DOT exam!
